- I am an expressionista. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I pour passion into everything I do. I am insightful and intuitive. I listen and read people well. I believe in good karma and good values—work hard at something you love, never lose your sense of humor, honor friends and family above all, and do the right thing (even when no one is looking). I love solitary pursuits that put me in a quiet focus. Gardening is one of my favorites along with baking (especially cookies). I'm also a fitness person and love to feel the pump of a good workout. Several years ago, I got my certification as a fitness trainer and while I no longer train others, I remain a committed exercise zealout.
